Come and Visit Transylvania's Stunning Four Seasons

Spring: temperatures begin to warm as well as days rapidly begin to get longer, seeds take root and flowers & vegetation begins to grow. The Aromatique smell of plants and flowers are in the air. 
 
Summer: temperatures are warmer, the flowers are in full bloom, the first cut of hay takes place, the local farms are active and the cows, sheep and goats are in the fields. Local farmers markets are everywhere to include the “Medieval Sighisoara Festival.
 
Autumn (Fall): Autumn foliage begins changing the leaves to brilliant shades of yellow, orange, red, purple and brown bringing them into full color. Temperatures begin to cool, crops are being harvested, local harvest & wine festivals are taking place. Local wines and Romania Brandy – “Tuica,” are being produced.  
 
Winter: temperatures are cooler, days are shorter, and nights are longer. The cool brisk air has a wintery aroma with a beautiful rich blue sky. Nothing better than cuddling up in front of the fire with a hot cider, tea or coffee. A great time to attend local Holiday and Christmas festivals that are taking place to include the Sibiu Christmas Festival.
